This kit is suitable for extracting total DNA from 1~20mg aquatic animal tissue samples. The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology. The extraction process does not require the use of toxic phenol chloroform for extraction, nor does it require time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The entire extraction process only takes 30-60 minutes. The obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR, Southern Blot, viral DNA detection and other experiments.
