Gene Chip Services
The sequencing principle of gene chips is based on hybridization sequencing methods. It involves determining nucleotide sequences by hybridizing with a set of known nucleic acid probes. These probes are fixed on a substrate surface with known sequences. By detecting the strongest fluorescence intensity at the probe's position on the gene chip when the nucleic acid sequence TATGCAATCTAG, labeled with fluorescence, complements the corresponding nucleic acid probe, a set of probe sequences completely complementary to the target nucleic acid sequence can be obtained. This information can then be used to reconstruct the target nucleic acid sequence.
Bioinformatics Services
Regulating and controlling signals for life activities. It is one of the three essential elements (matter, energy, information) that make up an organism. Biological information can generally be divided into genetic information, neural and sensory information, and chemical information. While carriers of genetic information and neural sensory information are both chemical substances, chemical information typically refers to information carried and transmitted by chemical substances other than the two mentioned above. Hormones in higher organisms and insect pheromones fall into this category.
Proteomics Services
Studying the proteome not only provides a material basis for the regularity of life activities but also offers theoretical basis and solutions for understanding the mechanisms of numerous diseases. Proteomics research is essential for exploring the mysteries of life and holds great promise for advancing human health. It signifies the transition of life sciences into the post-genomic era.
